1. I understand that Lewis Jackson is filming and photographing, and that I may appear in the footage. This includes my image, my voice, my name, and anything I say or do on camera.
2. I give Lewis Jackson permission to use that footage in videos, short clips, photographs and audio, on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, his websites and email, and on any other platform, now or in the future. This includes clips cut and posted by editors and creators working with him on their own accounts.
3. I agree the footage can be used to promote those videos, including paid promotion, and can be edited, shortened, captioned and combined with other material.
4. This permission is worldwide, has no time limit, and can't be taken back once filming has started. I am not being paid for it and I don't expect payment later.
5. I don't need to approve the footage or the edit before it is published.
6. I can change my mind before we start filming. If I say so before the camera is rolling, I'll be kept out of shot and nothing of me will be used.
7. If I share anything about my business, my work or my life on camera, I'm happy for that to be published too. I won't share anything I'd need to keep confidential.
8. I am 18 or over. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18, or they stay out of shot.
