If you’ve commented on or messaged my Instagram account, @lewis.w.jackson, my system may hold your username, your comments and messages to me, and your email address if you sent it. Here’s how to have all of it deleted.

The quickest way

Message me “delete my data” on Instagram. The system deletes everything it holds about you straight away and won’t message you again.

By email

Email [email protected] with your Instagram username and ask me to delete your data. I’ll do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Your email list sign-up

If you gave me your email address, you’re also on my email list in Kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or ask in the same email and I’ll remove you from Kit too.

If you removed my app in Instagram

Instagram tells my system when you do, and it deletes what it holds about you. You’ll get a confirmation code from Instagram that you can check on this page.
